1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MinTour Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing MinTour on behalf of an educational institution, athletic department, or other organization ("Institution"), you represent that you have authority to bind that Institution to these Terms. These Terms govern all users including individual users, students, organizational administrators, trainers, mentors, and institutional partners.

2. Health Data Handling

2.1 Nature of the Service

MinTour is a personal development and wellness platform. It is NOT a medical service, healthcare provider, or licensed mental health provider. MinTour does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service's mission system, focus tracking, and wellness content are for personal development purposes only.

2.2 Provider Search and Appointments

MinTour's provider search feature connects users with licensed psychologists and psychiatrists sourced from the National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry. MinTour facilitates appointment requests but is not a party to the provider-patient relationship. Users should verify provider credentials, insurance acceptance, and availability directly with the provider.

2.3 PHI and HIPAA

Information submitted when booking provider appointments may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. By using the provider booking feature, you consent to MinTour processing your appointment request information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA requirements. MinTour will not use your PHI for any purpose other than facilitating your requested appointment.

2.4 No Emergency Services

MinTour is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or call 911.

3. Institutional and Organizational Use

3.1 Institutional Accounts

Educational institutions, athletic departments, corporations, and other organizations ("Organizations") may enter into separate agreements with MinTour for institutional access. Institutional agreements govern data ownership, billing, administrator access, and compliance obligations specific to that Organization.

3.2 Administrator Responsibilities

  • • Ensure all users added to their institutional account have consented to MinTour's Terms
  • • Maintain confidentiality of administrator credentials
  • • Notify MinTour immediately of any unauthorized access to institutional accounts
  • • Comply with all applicable laws including FERPA for educational institutions
  • • Not access individual student data beyond what is permitted by their agreement

3.3 Student Athlete Data

For institutions with student athlete programs, MinTour will not share individual student athlete data with coaches, trainers, or other institutional staff without the student's explicit consent, except in aggregate anonymized form. Athletic departments may view team-level engagement metrics but not individual session content or mission reflections.

3.4 Organizational Billing

Organizations are responsible for all fees associated with their tier subscription. Organizational subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. MinTour reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 10-day grace period.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to: misrepresent their identity or affiliation, share account credentials, use the Service to harass other users, attempt to access data of other users, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property
